Taqleed
Aur Taqleed E Shakhsi Ka Wujoob Badeehi (Zaahir) Hai:
Yani Ye Baat Be Daleel Tasleem Kar
Leni Chhaye, Kyun Keh Ye Dono Wujoob: lizaatihi nahi hain balkeh Lighairihi
hain aur jo cheez lizaatihi wajib ho us ki daleel ka mutalbah to kiya jasakta
hai magar jo cheez lighairihi wajib ho us ki daleel ka mutalebah nahi karsakte.
Is ke wujoob ka midair us ghair par hota hai , agar us ghair me kisi hukum ko wajib
karne ki salahiyat hai to fabihaa warna qissah baalaye taaq! Isi tarah jo cheez
lizaatihi mamnoo’ hoti hai us ki daleel ka to mutalebah karsakte hain magar jo
cheez lighairihi mamnoo’ hoti hai us ki dalel maangna durust nahi balkeh us
ghair me ghaur karna chahye, agar us ghair me hurmat ki salahiyat hai to
fabihaa warna baat khatm! Jaise Aurton ka namazon ke liye masajid me jaana fii
nafsihi mamnoo’ nahi hai. Masjiden mardon ki jaageer nahi hain, masajid
musalmano ke liye hain aur aurten bhi musalman hain , daur e nabawi me aur aj
bhi Harmain me sabhi aurten namaz ke liya masjid me jati hain . pas sabit hua
keh fii had zaatihi koi mumani’at nahi .
Albattah aurton ka namaz ke liye
masaajid me jana fitne ka baa’is hai aur aurton ke badle hue ahwaal ka taqaaza
yeh hai keh un ko gharon me namaz padhne ka hokum diya jaye, Tirmizi Shareef me Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa razi Allahu anha
ka irsahd aaya hai keh Aurton ke ye badle hue haalat agar Nabi Paak sallallahu
alaihi wasallam ke saamne aate to aap khud un ko masjidon me aane se rok dete,
jaise Moosa alaihis salam ke zamane me aur us ke baad Aurten masjidon me aati
thiin phir jab un ke ahwaal bigde to baad ke ambiyaa e Bani Israil ne un ko
masjidon me aane se rok diya( Hazrat Aayesha Razi Allahu anha ka qaul poora
hua) is irshaad se ye baat sabit hui keh ye mumani’at lighairihi hai.
Aur fitne ka matlab yeh hai keh teen
namazen andhere me aati hain. Maghrib padh kar lautte hain to andhera hojata
hai, Ishaa ki dono janib andhera hai aur Fajr ke liye jab Masjid jate hain us
waqt andhera hota hai aur baaz aurton ke ghar masjid se fasle par bhi hosakte
hain, aur har namaz me shauhar ya mehram masjid lane wala maujood nahi hota aur
bijli ka bhi thikana nahi rehta aur aj ke naujawan mardon aur aurton ke ahwaal
log jante hain. Pas ghar aur masjid ke darmiyan aane jane me fitneh ka andesha
hai is ghair ki wajeh se aurton ko mana kiya jata hai.
Isi
tarah samajhna chahye keh taqleeb bhi fii nafsihi wajib nahi. Kyun keh
mujtahideen ke liye taqleed zaroori nahi balkeh jayaz bhi nahi, haalankeh wo
bhi musalman hain balkeh taqleed ka wujoob lighairihi hai aur wo ghair deen se
waqif na hona hai jab deen par amal wajib hai aur har musalman deen se waqif
nahi to taqleed ke baghair chaarah kya hai, aur Allah Ta’ala ka irshad hai
< فَاسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ>
Yani agar tum deeni baton se waqif nahi ho to deen jaanne
walon se pooch, aur who jo ahkaam shar’iyyah batayen us par amal karo , yahi
taqleed aur ittebaa hai.
Isi tarah
taqleed e shakhsi yani kisi Muayyin imam ki taqleed bhi fii nafsihi wajib nahi
balkeh lighairihi wajib hai, daur e awwal me yani sahaba o tabaeen ke zamane me
taqleed e shakhsi nahi thi job hi Aalim mil jata log us se masael poochte the
aur us par amal karte the is liye keh us zamane me dilon ke ahwaal durust the. Log
ikhtelaaf ki soorat me ahtiyat ka pehluu apnate the magar baad me ye soorat e
haal baqi na rahi ab log Rukhsaton ke talabgaar hain ab agar muayyin imam ki taqleed
wajib nahi qarar di jayegi to tashahhi ka darwazah khul jayega. Log mujtahideen
ki fiqhon me se rukhsaten dhoonhenge jahan sahoolat ka qaul milega us ko
lelenge pas ye deen par amal kahan hua ye to khwahish e nafs ki pairiw hui , is
ghair ki wajeh se taqleed e shakhsi ko wajib qarar diya gaya hai is par daleel
ka mutalebah saheeh nahi.
Ilawah azeen
nafs e taqleed ka wujoob badeehi hai kyun keh jab dunya ka koi Muamlah taqleed
ke baghair anjaam nahi paasakta: Koi Sunaar taqleed ke bagahair sunaar nahi ban
sakta , lohaar lohaar nahi ban sakta, science daan science daan nahi ban sakta,
zindagi ki gaadi aglon ki pairwi ke baghair ek qadam aage nahi badh sakti:
bachah baap ki ungli pakad kar hi chalna seekhta hai phir deen ka mamla hi aisa
ghair aham kyun hogaya keh har shakhs jo chaahe kare. Haqeeqat yeh keh deen me
baherhaal taqleed karni hai khwaah Aimma e Haq ki taqleed kare ya Gumrah logon
ki taqleed kare, taqleed baher haal zaroori hai.
