KYA ITTIBA WA TAQLEED ME FARQ HAI?

 ¤ ITTIBA WA TAQLEED ME FARQ ¤
(isko zaroor pardhe)
TAQLEED KA LAGHVI MA'NA:Taqleed ka ma'na lughat (Linguistic meaning)
me Pairvi hai. Lughat ke aitbaar se
Taqleed, Ittiba', Ita'at, farmabardaari
aur Iqtida' (Obeying, following) sab
Hum ma'na (synonyms) hain. 

Albatta TAQLEED ki Ta'reef mukhtalif
Ulema' ne mukhtalif alfaaz me bayaan
ki gayi hai. 

TAQLEED KA SHARA'I MA'NA: Hakeemul Ummat Maulana Ashraf Ali
Thanvi (Rahimahullah), Taqleed ki
Ta'reef karte hue likhte hain:
"Taqleed Kehte hain Kisi ka Qoul (baat)
mehaz is Husn-e-Zann par maan lena ki
Ye Daleel ke Muwafaq batla sakega aur us se daleel ki Tahqeeq na karna." [Al- Iqtisad: pg5] Is ta'reef ke mutaabiq Kisi shaqs ki
rivayat qubool karna Taqleed fir rivayat
hai, Aur Kisi shaqs ki Daraayat (samajh,
Raa'i) qubool karna Taqleed fid
Daraayat hai aur kisi Muhaddis ki raa'i
se Hadees ko Saheeh ya Za'eef maanna bhi Taqleed hai. Maulana Ameen Safdar Okarwi
(rahmatullahi alaih) Ghair-Muqallid
Mohammad Joonagadhi ko Jawab dete
hue Taqleed ki ta'reef Yun bayan
farmaate hain: "Ijtihaadi Masaa'il me
Mujtahid ke un aqwaal ko Jo Adilla-e- Araba' me se (Ya'ni Qur'an, Hadees,
Ijma' aur Qiyaas) me se kisi daleel se
sabit ho, in ba-daleel baaton ko bila
mutaalba daleel maan lena urf aam me
TAQLEED kehlata hai." [Tajalliyat-e- Safdar] Amal karne ki bunyaad per TAQLEED ki
2 Qismein hain. Ek JAYEZ Taqleed (Ya'ni
Mahmood Taqleed) aur Doosri NA-
JAAYEZ (Ya'ni Mazmoom Taqleed). Ahl-e-Ilm se Jis TAQLEED ka RADD milta
hai wo Na-Jayez (Mazmoom) Taqleed
hai. Ek taraf Wo Ahl-e-Ilm Khud
Muqallid hain aur phir Khud hi Taqleed
ko ghalat keh dein Ye baat Kisi ko
Hazam Na hogi. Jaisa ke Ibne Qayyim (rah.) Hanbali the, Abdul Barr (rah.)
Maaliki the, Allamah Aini (rah.) aur Shah
Waliullah Muhaddis Dehalwi (rah.)
Hanafi the waghera. Ahl-e-Ilm ne Na-Jayez Taqleed ka Radd
kiya hai na ke Mahmood Taqleed ka. In
Hazraat ne Kabhi bhi Kahin bhi
TAQLEED-E-MUJTAHID ko Ghalat Nahi
tehraaya hai aur Na Kisi Mu'tabar Aalim
ne A'IMMA-E-ARABA' ki TAQLEED per Ijma' ho jaane ke baad 4 Mazaaheb ka
Radd kiya hai. Agar TAQLEED-E-MUJTAHID ka Radd
kiya hai to Shia' Rawaafiz ne aur
Angrezon ke daur me (Naam Nihaad)
Ahl-e-Hadees ne. NA-JAYEZ (MAZMOOM) TAQLEED QUR'AN KI ROSHNI ME: Kuffaar kehte hain: "Hum to Us Cheez ki
Ittiba' karenge Jis par Humne Apne
Baap-Daada ko paaya." [Surah Baqrah: 170] aur dekhein [Surah Ma'idah: 104] In aayaat me Unke Aaba wa Ajdaad ke
Be-Ilm, Be-Aql aur Be-Hidayate hone ki
wajah se Unki Ittiba' se roka gaya hai
Jab ke MUJTAHIDEEN aise Nahi hain. TASHBIYAH to Tab sabit hogi Jab
A'imma-e-Mujtahideen ko in Kuffaar ke
Jaisa sabit karo. Lekin, Ghair Muqallid to
aisa kaam Khul kar Nahi balke Chhup
kar karta hai. Agar khul kar karega to
usey Khauff hai ke Kahin Usey Shia' Rawafiz ki Saff me na shumaar kar diya
jaye aur phir Nuqsan uthaana padey.
Sa'udi se milne waale Riyaalon se bhi
hath dhona padega. JAAYEZ (MAHMOOD) TAQLEED QUR'AN KI ROSHNI ME: Hazrat Yusuf (alaih as-salaam) apne
Baap-Dada ki Taqleed karne me fakhr
karte the.
Allah ta'la farmate hain (Yusuf alaihis
salaam ne farmaya): "... Jo log Allah par
Eimaan nahi laate aur Roz-e-Aakhirat se inkaar karte hain, Mai Unka MAZHAB
Chhorey hue hoon. Aur apne Baap-
Daada Ibraheem aur Is'haaq aur
Ya'qoob ki Ittiba' karta hoon (Ya'ni
unke Mazhab par chalte hain)..." [Surah Yusuf: 37,38] Khulasah in aayaat ka Ye nikla ke agar
Aaba' wa Ajdaad, Allah aur Uske Rasool
(sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ka Raasta
bataane waale ho to Unki TAQLEED,
WAJIB hai aur Agar Aaba' wa Ajdaad
Allah aur Uske Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ke Hukm se hataane waale
ho to Unki TAQLEED, HARAAM hai. Yaad rahe ke Allah ta'la ne Jin ki
TAQLEED se roka hai, Wahan Ye Qaid
lagayi hai ke Wo Baap-Daada Be-Deen
ho to Be-Deeni me Unki Taqleed Na
Karo. Be-Aql ho to Be-Aqli me Unki
Taqleed Na Karo. In aayaat ko A'imma- e-Araba' ki Taqleed me Pesh karna
goya A'imma-e-Araba' ko Gumraah,
Be-Aql aur Jaahil maanna hai. (Al
Ayaazu billah) GHAIR-MUQALLIDEEN KE DHOKE KI EK LA-JAWAAB MISAAL: Is Qaid ki misaal yu hain ke Agar Koi
Hanafi kehta hai ke "JHOOTE Khuda ko
Na Maano aur Jhoote Nabi ko Na
Maano" to isme Na maanne ka Hukm
JHOOT par hai. Agar Koi Ghair-muqallid,
Ye kahe ke Hanafi kehta hai ke, "Khuda aur Nabi ko Na Maano" to Usne bohat
bada Dhoka diya hai ke Na Maanne ka
Hukm Jhoot par se hata kar Khuda aur
Nabi ki taraf Pheir diya. Bilkul, isi tarah Kuffaar ke baare me
Naazil Qur'an ki Aayaton ko A'imma-e-
Mujtahideen, Ulema'-e-Kiraam ki taraf
Yazdaani aur Uske Muqallideen ne Pheir
diya hai. Ghair Muqallido! Ab bhi Sudhar Jaao.
Tum A'immah ki Dushmani me sirf apna
Deen wa Eimaan Kharaab kar rahe ho. EK ISHKAAL AUR USKA JAWAAB: Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (rahmatullahi
alaih) se: “Ek Sahab ne arz kiya ke:
Taqleed ki Haqeeqat kya hai aur
Taqleed Kisko kehte hain? Farmaya:
Taqleed kehte hain, Ummati ka Qoul
manna bila-daleel. Arz kiya ke: Allah aur Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam)
ke Qoul ko manna bhi Taqleed
kehlaayega? Farmaya ke: Allah aur
Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ka
Hukm manna Taqleed nahi kehlayega,
wo ITTIBA’ kehlata hai.” [Malfoozat-e- Hakeem-ul-Ummat page no. 153] AL-JAWAAB: Ashraf Ali Thanvi (rahmatullahi alaih)
ne Ek Shaqs ko Jawaab dete hue Ye
farmaaya hai ke “Ummati ka Qoul
manna bila-Daleel TAQLEED hai.” Agar Ghair-Muqallideen, is Jawaab ko
qubool karte hain to phir Humaara
Unsey ek sawaal hai ke Hadees ko
SAHEEH ya ZA’EEF ya Raavi ko SIQAH ya
ZA’EEF kehna Kiska Faislah hai.? Allah
wa Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ka Faislah hai Ya Ummati ka.? Agar
Ummati ka hai to phir Aitraaz wali
Ibarat ki Roshni me Hadees ko Saheeh
Ya Za'eef maanna bhi TAQLEED hua ke
Nahi.? Agar Nahi hua to phir Allah wa
Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Ka Faislah Hadees ki Sihat ke bare me
dikhaaya Jaaye.?
